It was a goal worthy of winning any game

It was a goal worthy of winning any game that helped Newcastle Town lift the Sentinel Cup for an unprecedented fifth time in a row.
Abbey Hulton defended bravely to hold on to their lead that they had taken on the stroke of half-time through Reagen Lymer but Castle finally found the breakthrough halfway through the second half through Owen Rowley but with the game looking to be heading to extra-time until Rob Thorley stepped up with a 85th minute thunderbolt. Twin brother Tom then capped the evening for Town with a last minute header and ensure that the trophy stays at the Red Industries Stadium for the fifth time in a row and the sixth time in seven years.
With all three scorers having been involved with the First Team in the closing stages of the season the future is looking bright for Town.
