Newcastle Town FC is pleased to announce new opportunities for local people to join the team at Alison’s Café, located at the club’s Roe Lane Playing Fields site. As the club continues to grow its community presence, the café has become an important hub for supporters, players, families, and visitors throughout the football season.

To support increasing demand, the club is seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic part-time staff to work primarily on weekends. These roles are ideal for individuals looking for flexible work, those with a passion for customer service, or anyone keen to get involved in a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Working at Alison’s Café means being part of the Newcastle Town FC family. Staff will help provide refreshments, snacks, and a warm atmosphere for everyone who visits the site. Successful applicants will benefit from supportive colleagues, a lively match-day environment, and the chance to interact with people across all levels of the club.

If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and are looking for rewarding weekend work, Newcastle Town FC would love to hear from you.
