Club on drive to get more youngsters into football...

Newcastle Town Football Club are encouraging local youngsters to get involved as they look to create even more opportunities for boys and girls to play sport/football.
The club, who already boast a large number of teams in their ranks are looking for the next batch of superstars to start their footballing journey.
Club Director Gavin Appleby said "We really want to encourage local youngsters to start playing football, so we're asking for beginners or even those with some experience and want to play in a team to get in touch. We want as many people as possible to enjoy being active and playing in a team"
As an added incentive, the club is offering the first 3 sessions for FREE and these are being led by ex professional footballer, former Newcastle Town 1st Team Manager and Manchester United coach Robin van der Laan.

Gavin added "Robin is an excellent coach and the perfect mentor to set these boys and girls off on their football journey."
Mums and Dads of interested children are asked to book onto a free session by following the link below and selecting "U7s, U8s, U9s starter sessions". Children should be 6, 7 or 8 years of age.
